Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your tour reservation, please notify Sustainability Tour Registration (registration@sustainabilitytour.com) by email immediately to receive the maximum refund possible. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance or trip insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. If you are unable to join us on the Tour, travel insurance may cover losses.

Any cancellation after your registration is confirmed and payment completed will result in a minimum $200 cancellation fee. If a new registrant fills your cancelled space, only that $200 fee will be deducted from your refund.  If your space goes unfilled, no refund will be issued.
